「ヌーベルシノワ（新しい中華料理）」スタイルを取り入れた、西洋と中華のフュージョン料理をご提供します。

これまで各種メディアにも何度も取り上げられており、数多くの芸能人や食通の方々の舌を唸らせてきました。
世紀を越え、国境を越えて、五千年の歴史が誇る中国大陸料理を堪能していただきたい、それがモダンチャイニーズダイニング「過門香」のコンセプト。料理はもちろん茶器や箸、皿も手作りのものを使用するなどこだわっています。

お客様は銀座にお買い物途中のマダムから政財界の重鎮まで幅広くお食事会から結納、披露宴まであらゆるシーンでご利用いただいています。
